Orders and delivery
An order submission is an offer to purchase. Acceptance depends on inventory, accurate information, payment authorization, security review, displayed charges and delivery availability. Following successful payment authorization, order handling normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch. Returns and exchanges
A request may be made within 30 days after delivery for an eligible new, unused non-defective item, including a changed preference or mistaken selection. Damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods can also be reported. Approval and the exact return instructions are required before mailing. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel for an approved mailed return; if it is missing, contact us for help. No restocking fee applies. Exchange requests depend on review and available inventory. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days, while the financial provider may need additional posting time.
